Surcharges

A tourist tax of **** is added to the quoted price. The amount is € 2.00 per person per day. Children under the age of 14 are exempt, provided that a valid identity document is shown!

Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer. A deposit of 30% must be submitted together with the booking.

Minimum stay

Minimum stay 5 nights (low season only).

Arrival/Departure

The villa is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 9:30 on the day of departure. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full price will be charged.

Cancellation

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit, which will be retained in the event of cancellation. Conditions of cancellation pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code. There is no right of cancellation as defined by the Italian Consumer Code. However, we do grant the right of cancellation in accordance with the following cancellation conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code: in the event of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the holiday, 30% of the total amount will be charged, up to 21 days before the start of the holiday, 50% of the total amount and after that 100% of the total amount is due.

Cleaning and cleanliness

Cleanliness is our priority. We clean in an ecologically conscious way, without any cleaning agents. The Green Cleaning Concept makes it possible.

With saturated micro-dry steam, our bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, furniture and floors are cleaned 100% residue-free and hygienically.

For the sake of health and the environment, we use the Re-Think MicroCleaner. Thanks to Christian Pinggera who introduced us to this system.

eMobility

Our villa promotes sustainable mobility. From june 2023, a charging station for electric cars will be available to our guests against payment.
